Privacy notice

This notice describes how personal data collected through the registration form for the A-Icone Special Edition event with Igor Sibaldi is processed, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Preferred language for communication
• Technical attribution data (campaign parameters, referring site)

Purposes and legal basis

• Managing your registration, sending the confirmation and organisational communications about the event: performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sending updates about future editions of A-Icone: only with your freely given and revocable consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), expressed via the dedicated checkbox and never required in order to attend.

Retention

Registration data is kept for as long as needed to manage the event and to meet the subsequent administrative obligations. Data processed on the basis of marketing consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn.

Recipients

Data may be processed by technology providers acting as data processors (page hosting, registration database, email delivery service). It is never disclosed or sold to third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to aletheiasrl@lamiapec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
